Take the Painshill Exit from A3 and follow signs to Cobham A245, past Sainsbury’s garage and at second roundabout take first exit A307 direction Esher. The pub is approx 1.2 miles on LHS. Nearest Station: Cobham & Stoke D’abernon 1.7 mls

RUSSELL HILL PLACE CAR PARK, PURLEY CR8 2LT

(entrance next to the United Reformed Church, Brighton Road, Purley). Parking free after 6pm. On Inn the Foxley Hatch (Wetherspoons). If busy you can park at Tesco and move the car after the run.

M25 towards Mersham. At junction 7, use the left 2 lanes to take M23(N) exit to Croydon. Merge onto M23. Follow A23 to Russell Hill Place which is sharp left after the Pear Tree pub and before the United Reformed Church. Car park is behind the Pear Tree.

Simple

GUILDFORD COLLEGE STUDENT CAR PARK, STOKE ROAD, GU1 1TU

Take A3 to Guildford and take the exit for Guildford (also signposted leisure centre). Stay in left hand lane as you get to the bottom of the slip road off A3. Turn left off the slip road then go straight ahead at Stoke Interchange traffic lights (as if heading for the town - Guildford College is signposted). There is a small roundabout in 50 yards or so. Go straight over this keeping the College on your left. The entrance to the student car park is left at the next mini roundabout. Parking is free to the public after 6 pm.

On On: The King's Head, 27 Kings Road GU1 4JW, less than 3 minutes walk and on the opposite side of Stoke Road from The Stoke visited on 6th December.
